中学德育与大学德育衔接研究

【摘要】：中学生和大学生作为祖国的未来,是社会主义现代化建设的后备军与接班人,他们的思想道德素质,关系着社会的健康发展。当前我国正在进行的社会主义现代化建设是一场全方位变革,这其中当然也包括了教育。德育作为教育重要的一环,须臾不可忽视。应试教育的制约,德育教师的综合素质还不够高,德育环境的功利化,这些都为德育工作的开展带来前所未有的诸多困难。德育衔接工作是德育工作非常重要的一环。德育衔接得好,学生从中学进入大学以后能更好地适应大学生活,思想道德素质也能更好地发展,使学生的人格更加健全。当前我们德育衔接工作已经取得了一些成效,但也还存在着不少问题,本文的研究目的就是通过分析当前德育衔接的现状,找出德育衔接存在的问题和存在问题的原因,寻求对策以实现更好的德育衔接。本文共分为五个部分：第一部分,绪论。主要阐述了论文写作的研究背景及价值、当前研究现状以及研究不足,并在此基础上提出本文的研究方法和论文创新点。第二部分,德育衔接概述。此部分对德育、衔接的内涵进行定义,并分析了德育衔接的一个理论基础。这是本文的理论支撑,为本文的研究提供一个理论向导。第三部分,当前中学德育与大学德育衔接的现状调查。从调查对象的基本构成情况、中学德育与大学德育衔接的基本状况两方面开展问卷调查,并对数据进行分析和归纳,为本文的研究提供数据基础。第四部分,中学德育与大学德育衔接存在的问题及原因。根据调查问卷收集到的数据和分析的结果,找出德育衔接过程中存在的问题,并透过问题找原因,为下文进一步改进和加强德育衔接工作的措施提供依据。第五部分,加强和改进德育衔接的措施。针对前文提出的德育衔接工作中存在的问题,从提升德育地位,从根本上摆脱应试教育的束缚、教育主管部门加强顶层设计、加强德育教师队伍建设、优化德育环境等方面,为实现德育有效衔接提出可行性的措施。
[Abstract]:As the future of our country, middle school students and college students are the reserve troops and successors of the socialist modernization construction. Their ideological and moral qualities are related to the healthy development of the society. The socialist modernization construction in our country is an all-round reform, which includes education. As an important part of education, moral education can not be ignored. The constraints of examination-oriented education, the comprehensive quality of moral education teachers are not high enough, and the utilitarianism of moral education environment, which bring unprecedented difficulties for the development of moral education. The connection of moral education is a very important part of moral education. Moral education connects well, students can adapt to college life better after entering university from middle school, ideological and moral quality can also develop better, make student's personality more sound. At present, we have made some achievements in the connection of moral education, but there are still many problems. The purpose of this paper is to find out the existing problems and the reasons of the problems in the connection of moral education by analyzing the current situation of the convergence of moral education. To seek countermeasures to achieve better moral cohesion. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part, introduction. This paper mainly expounds the research background and value of the thesis writing, the current research situation and the deficiency of the research, and puts forward the research method and the innovation point of the thesis on this basis. The second part is an overview of moral education cohesion. This part defines the connotation of moral education and cohesion, and analyzes a theoretical basis of moral cohesion. This is the theoretical support of this paper, and provides a theoretical guide for the study of this paper. The third part, the current middle school moral education and the university moral education link present situation investigation. From the basic composition of the object of investigation and the basic condition of the connection between middle school moral education and university moral education, the questionnaire survey is carried out, and the data are analyzed and summarized, which provides the data basis for the research of this paper. The fourth part, the problems and reasons of the link between middle school moral education and university moral education. According to the data collected by the questionnaire and the results of analysis, this paper finds out the problems existing in the process of moral education cohesion, and finds out the reasons through which to provide the basis for further improving and strengthening the work of moral education cohesion. The fifth part, the measures to strengthen and improve the link of moral education. In view of the problems existing in the connection of moral education mentioned above, from the aspects of improving the status of moral education, getting rid of the shackles of examination-oriented education, strengthening the top-level design of the competent department of education, strengthening the construction of moral education teachers and optimizing the environment of moral education, etc. In order to achieve the effective link of moral education put forward feasible measures.
