【摘要】：职业生涯教育只有从基础教育阶段抓起,才可能促进学生终身的职业发展;就业前“临时抱佛脚”式职业生涯教育很难取得应有的成效。在我国,高等教育阶段的职业生涯教育已经开始得到重视,但基础教育阶段的职业生涯教育尚未得到普遍重视。本文以日本中小学职业生涯教育为研究对象,旨在考察日本职业生涯教育的教学实施与实践,为我国中小学职业生涯教育的发展提供借鉴。世纪之交,由于经济全球化与少子高龄化的影响,日本社会与产业经济结构剧烈变化,雇佣多样化,青少年的思想与意识也随之改变,日本中小学原有的从职业指导发展而来的出路指导已难以应对毕业生早期离职率高与不就业等诸多问题,职业生涯教育应运而生。日本中小学职业生涯教育从20世纪末至今经历了一个长期探索实践的过程,形成了促进学生4领域8能力发展的基本课程框架,并逐步向基础通用能力框架转变。同时,形成了支撑课程实施的教学组织,教学设计及能力目标导向的教学评价体系。论文结合小学、初中、高中的职业生涯教育具体教学实践案例,分析了各学段强调的教学侧重点和教学方式方法。在此基础上,总结归纳了文部科学省、厚生劳动省与经济产业省支援中小学职业生涯教育教学活动尤其是体验活动的三大政策。论文认为,我国中小学职业生涯教育的展开,可以从日本的本土化实践中学习借鉴以下经验:职业生涯教育的展开急需国家层面的政策支持;构建灵活的社会资源整合机制;开发职业生涯教育整体实施框架;建立完善的职业生涯教育评价体系。
[Abstract]:Only by starting from the stage of basic education, can the career education promote the students' lifelong career development, and it is difficult to obtain the due results of the "temporary cramming" type of career education before employment. In our country, the career education in the higher education stage has begun to be paid attention to, but the career education in the basic education stage has not received the universal attention. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the teaching practice and practice of Japanese primary and secondary school career education in order to provide reference for the development of primary and secondary school career education in China. At the turn of the century, due to the influence of economic globalization and the aging of minority children, the social and industrial economic structure of Japan has changed dramatically, the employment has diversified, and the ideology and consciousness of young people have also changed. Japanese primary and secondary schools originally from the career guidance from the development of the way out guidance has been difficult to deal with the high rate of early graduates and non-employment and many other problems, career education came into being. From the end of the 20th century to the present, Japanese primary and secondary school career education has experienced a long process of exploration and practice, forming the basic curriculum framework to promote the development of students' abilities in 4 fields and 8, and gradually changing to the basic universal competence framework. At the same time, the teaching organization, teaching design and ability-oriented teaching evaluation system are formed. Combining with the specific teaching practice cases of career education in primary, junior middle and high schools, this paper analyzes the emphasis of teaching and the teaching methods and methods emphasized in each learning section. On this basis, the author summarizes the three policies of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health, Labor, and the Ministry of economy and Industry to support the teaching activities of primary and secondary schools' career education, especially the experience activities. The thesis holds that the development of career education in primary and secondary schools in China can learn from the local practice of Japan and learn from the following experiences: the development of career education needs the support of policies at the national level, the construction of flexible social resources integration mechanism, and the following: Develop the overall implementation framework of career education and establish a perfect evaluation system of career education.
