浅谈高中班主任管理策略

【摘要】：班级是学校教育工作的基层单位,学校教育工作质量的高低直接取决于班级教学管理质量的高低,而这又基本取决于班主任对班级的管理水平。为此,本文从为人师表;班风建设;培养班干部;家校合作等方面阐述高中班级管理策略。
[Abstract]:Class is the basic unit of school education, the quality of school education directly depends on the quality of class teaching management, and this basically depends on the level of class management. Therefore, this paper expounds the strategy of high school class management from the following aspects: model, class style construction, training of class cadres and cooperation between home and school.
