“莱格尔跑”在初中耐久跑教学中的应用性研究
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard, the reform of physical education in middle school is more and more demanding, especially in junior middle school. As a basic subject, physical education in junior high school is not only related to the health of junior high school students, but also to the cultivation of their psychological quality and perseverance. The endurance running in track and field is an important part of junior middle school physical education, and 800m ~ 1000m has developed into a necessary test in many places in China, so it is regarded as the focal point of physical education in many schools. However, due to the characteristics of durable running, most students are not interested in learning durable running, and students "hate" to take physical education, which leads to the decline of students' physique and endurance quality. Therefore, durable running has always been a headache for students and teachers. How to improve the teaching quality and effect through effective teaching and meet the teaching requirements of the new curriculum standard has become a major research topic at present. In order to eliminate students' fear of running, enrich the practice form of durable running teaching, increase the interest of teaching and practicing of durable running course in junior high school, and improve the endurance quality and durable running result of the students who are about to face the physical examination in the middle school. In this paper, "Legel run" is introduced into the teaching and practice of durable running in junior high school for experimental study, in order to increase the interest of durable running and stimulate the enthusiasm of students to learn and practice. This article will use literature, experiment, questionnaire, statistical analysis and other methods to write. In this paper, the following conclusions are drawn through experimental research: first, students are not interested in durable running, and they are more averse to durable running. Second, Legel run is more novel and rhythmic than the students in practice form. The third, Legel run, can be introduced into the teaching and practice of durable running course to enrich the practice form of durable running. Fourthly, the introduction of Legel run can stimulate students' interest in running and reduce or even eliminate students' fear of running. Fifth, the practice of "Legel running" can improve students' endurance, cardiopulmonary function and running performance.
