呼和浩特市新城区高中班级自主管理的现状与问题对策
[Abstract]:Class autonomous management is the embodiment of the educational concept of promoting the all-round development of all students. It is regarded as an effective way to overcome the existing problems of class management and to improve the students' comprehensive quality. Theoretically, there are a lot of researches on class autonomy management by domestic scholars, but there is no investigation and research on the high school in Xincheng District of Hohhot City. In practice, there is no large-scale reform of class autonomy management in all senior high schools in Xincheng District of Hohhot City. There are also many problems in the implementation of independent class management in high schools. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the autonomous management of senior high school classes in this area by using questionnaire survey as the main research method. Class autonomous management is to take the class as the basic unit in the teaching management. Through effective organization and full authorization to the students, each student can participate in the class management, so that the students can discover the problems and solve the problems. Students manage students and students supervise students' management. Some senior high schools in Xincheng District of Hohhot City have set up autonomous class management organizations, formulated rules and regulations for autonomous class management, and can also highlight students' self-management and self-education in their learning activities. However, most high school classes do not implement class independent management, and a few classes are difficult to achieve due to the formality of independent management. The main reason lies in the deviation of the class teachers' understanding of the class autonomy management, the lack of effective strategies to implement the class autonomy management, the students' lack of consciousness and ability of autonomous management, and the imperfect evaluation system of the class autonomy management. Based on this, this study puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of high school class autonomy management in Xincheng District of Hohhot City. First of all, we should set up the correct concept of independent class management, including the concept of student subject, self-education and management education. Secondly, we should establish effective high school class autonomous management strategy, including setting goals, implementing autonomous management in stages, and perfecting the organization and system of class autonomous management. Thirdly, we should improve the consciousness and ability of high school students to manage their classes independently. On the premise of the all-round development of all students, we believe that students have the ability of independent management and create opportunities for students to participate in class management democratically. Finally, the incentive evaluation system of high school class autonomous management is established, including the establishment and improvement of the evaluation system of class autonomy management, and at the same time, the consideration of class autonomy management is added to the existing evaluation indicators of schools, class teachers and students. In a word, the implementation of autonomous class management fully reflects the goal and value of education, and the change of human beings' requirements for talent training and student growth in the new century highlights the necessity of implementing autonomous class management; The present situation of high school class autonomy management in Xincheng District of Hohhot City and the understanding of class teachers and students to the high school class autonomy management have also highlighted the urgency of implementing class autonomy management. Of course, the effective implementation of independent class management also depends on the cooperation of society, parents, schools, teachers, students and so on, as well as the improvement of the educational environment and atmosphere of "examination-oriented education".
