初中化学教学中支架式教学策略的应用

【摘要】:近半个世纪多以来,世界各国的教育改革充分显示,教师的发展是决定国家教育进步的一个重要因素。各国的教育研究者和决策者都意识到,基础教育课程改革的实现有赖于各学科教师教育效率的提高。随着教育水平的不断提高和加速,对于如何加强新教师的快速进入教师轨道,使之更好地促进学生的学习和发展,这一点越来越受到重视和关注。关于支架式教学策略等教学策略的理论研究成果也逐渐丰富起来,但对于如何让新教师相对较快的学习到专家型教师的优秀的教学策略如何在实际的课中的使用还具有相当的模糊性和不确定性。同时,对于上海中学化学教师从建构主义的角度去研究专家型教师的支架式教学策略还是极其少数的。因此,本文的研究重点是从建构主义的角度重点分析专家型教师的初中化学课上是如何帮助学生到达新知识如何,如何搭建合理的支架来进行研究分析,从专家型教师的支架式教学策略中研究分析得到比较优异的方式方法,从而帮助新手型教师快速的学习和专家型教师靠拢。本研究通过课堂观察和研究分析显示,专家型教师在运用支架式教学策略中该学科(初三化学)内容知识的把握主要是搭建支架的点。在搭建支架所运用的材料需要考虑到学生已有的不同的知识和经验。专家型教师搭建支架的方法多样化,教学有促进作用。教学的过程中,专家型教师在不断地思考,多与学生互动交流,随时改进搭建支架的方式,运用多元化的搭建支架的方法。最后,在研究的基础上对为教育、教师、教学提供了参考,并提出研究困难、限制和未来的研究与挑战。
[Abstract]:For more than half a century, the education reform all over the world has shown that the development of teachers is an important factor that determines the progress of national education. Educational researchers and decision makers all over the world realize that the realization of basic education curriculum reform depends on the improvement of educational efficiency of teachers in various disciplines. With the continuous improvement and acceleration of the education level, more and more attention has been paid to how to strengthen the new teachers' rapid entry into the teacher track and make it better promote the students' learning and development. The theoretical research results of teaching strategies such as scaffolding teaching strategies have been gradually enriched. But how to let new teachers learn to expert teachers relatively quickly how to use the excellent teaching strategies in practical classes is still quite fuzzy and uncertain. At the same time, it is rare for Shanghai middle school chemistry teachers to study the scaffolding teaching strategies of expert teachers from the perspective of constructivism. Therefore, from the perspective of constructivism, the research focus of this paper is to analyze how expert teachers help students to reach new knowledge in junior middle school chemistry class, and how to build a reasonable scaffold for research and analysis. From the research and analysis of expert teachers' scaffolding teaching strategies, we can get more excellent ways and methods, so as to help novice teachers to learn quickly and expert teachers close together. Through classroom observation and research analysis, this study shows that the master of the content knowledge of the subject (junior high school chemistry) is the point of building the scaffold in the use of scaffolding teaching strategy by expert teachers. The materials used in the scaffolding should take into account the different knowledge and experience of the students. The expert teacher builds the scaffold the method diversification, the teaching has the promotion function. In the process of teaching, expert teachers are constantly thinking, interacting with students, improving the way of scaffolding at any time, and using the method of building scaffolds in a variety of ways. Finally, on the basis of the research, it provides references for education, teachers and teaching, and puts forward the research difficulties, limitations and future research and challenges.
