走向可选择性的我国高中阶段教育分流机制研究
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the progress of democratization of education, it is urgent to reform the educational diversion mechanism in senior middle school. This is not only related to the middle level of economic development in most areas of our country, but also closely related to the demand for senior high school education by the talent structure of our country, and is directly related to the serious derogation of individual selectivity in the secondary education diversion. With the help of the institutional change theory of the new institutional economics, this paper takes the secondary education diversion mechanism of our country as the research object, in order to promote the induced change of the high school education diversion mechanism in our country, and to move towards the selectivity as the research angle. By using the methods of literature analysis, theoretical analysis and comparative analysis, this paper makes a study of the students, families, schools and governments in the current high school education diversion in China. This paper analyzes the different value objectives and interest demands of the three subjects influencing the supply of government system, and finds that there are three main factors that influence the induced changes of the educational diversion mechanism in the senior middle school of our country, and the factors leading to the selectivity: the supply of the relevant institutional arrangement is lagging behind. The value orientation has path dependence, and the distributary mechanism is not smooth. In view of these three influencing factors, on the basis of drawing lessons from the development mode of education diversion mechanism in senior middle school at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions to balance the various interest subjects with the reformed mechanism. To guide and promote the induced change of the secondary education diversion mechanism in our country, to be selective: to awaken the subject consciousness and encourage multiple participation in the subject guidance, to construct the secondary diversion and fault-tolerant mechanism in the implementation strategy. In the aspect of motive mechanism, reduce the institutional transaction cost of diversion in the weak areas, perfect the support system of the vulnerable groups in senior high school, and guide the intention of individual diversion reasonably in the aspect of safeguard measures. Promote the rationalization of shunt choice.
