促进高职高专类师范生数学教学反思的调查与实践研究
[Abstract]:At present, in the world, people pay more and more attention to the professional development of teachers, teachers need to improve their professional ability through continuous learning, so as to better promote the learning of students; At the same time, the curriculum reform of basic education in our country is also developing deeply, which requires teachers to constantly reflect on their teaching theory and behavior. Under this background, the teaching reflective ability of mathematics teachers in primary and middle schools is an important factor affecting their professional development. As a future primary school mathematics teacher, normal students of mathematics education in higher vocational colleges should have good reflective ability of mathematics teaching in pre-service education stage, so as to lay a good foundation for their future professional development. As a mathematics teacher in normal colleges of higher vocational and technical colleges, the author finds that the reflection on mathematics teaching of normal college students is not optimistic at present, and most normal students do not attach importance to teaching reflection, and the level of reflection is relatively low. In order to promote the reflection on mathematics teaching of normal college students in higher vocational colleges, the author first studies the related theories of mathematics teaching reflection, and then makes an investigation on the reflection situation of mathematics teaching of students in higher vocational and technical colleges. This paper summarizes the shortcomings of the present situation of its teaching reflection, analyzes the reasons for its emergence, and on this basis, combining with the relevant theoretical research and its own teaching practice experience, puts forward the strategies to promote the mathematics teaching reflection of the normal college students in higher vocational and technical colleges. Finally, the effectiveness of the strategy is preliminarily verified by analyzing the case of mathematics teaching reflection of normal school students. This paper uses the literature analysis, questionnaire, interview, case analysis, the following aspects are discussed in this paper: 1. A theoretical study on the reflection of Mathematics Teaching of normal College students in higher Vocational Colleges. Based on the relevant literature of teaching reflection, this paper defines the two core concepts of "teaching reflection of normal college students" and "normal college students in higher vocational colleges", and then summarizes the theoretical basis of mathematics teaching reflection of teachers' college students in higher vocational colleges. This paper studies the content, level, method and type of mathematics teaching introspection of normal college students, and analyzes the present situation of this research. 2. The investigation and analysis of mathematics teaching introspection of normal college students in higher vocational colleges. This paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth investigation on the reflection of mathematics teaching of normal college students in higher vocational and technical colleges by means of questionnaire and interview, and concludes that the shortcomings of mathematics teaching reflection of students in higher vocational and technical colleges are: the low consciousness of teaching reflection; The theoretical basis of teaching reflection is generally weak; the form of teaching reflection is relatively simple; the content of teaching reflection has great limitations; the level of teaching reflection is low. According to the results of the investigation, the causes are analyzed, which provides a realistic basis for the formulation of the strategy. 3. A study on the Strategies to promote the reflection of Mathematics Teaching of normal College students in higher Vocational and Technical Colleges. For this part, the author has carried on the research from three aspects. Firstly, the principle of strategy making is studied. Then it puts forward the strategies to promote the reflection of mathematics teaching of normal college students in higher vocational colleges. Finally, the effect of the strategy is analyzed from the collected reflection cases. After the practice, the author collected and analyzed the cases of mathematics teaching introspection of normal college students, and found that after the implementation of the strategy, the content of mathematics teaching reflection of normal college students is more diverse, and the level of reflection has also been improved. Thus, the effectiveness of the strategy is preliminarily verified.
