基础教育教师终身学习现状研究
[Abstract]:In today's society, it has become a consensus that teachers have the dual identity of educators and learners. Especially as a learner, teachers need to renew their knowledge structure, maintain the advanced nature of knowledge, promote their own professional development, and be practitioners and models of lifelong learning. Both the background of lifelong learning and the development of educational theory and practice require lifelong learning of teachers. On the basis of combing the historical literature, this study investigates the present situation of teachers' lifelong learning in the basic education stage by questionnaire, summarizes the main problems existing in the process of lifelong learning of the basic education teachers, and analyzes the main problems of the teachers' lifelong learning from the perspective of individual teachers. Three levels of school and government put forward the corresponding promotion suggestions and strategies. This thesis is divided into five parts: chapter one, introduction. Taking the research question as the starting point, the author thinks that under the international background of lifelong education and lifelong learning, lifelong learning has been carried out in our country for a long time, and its present situation can be seen from the group of basic education teachers. Then the existing research on lifelong learning is summarized, the existing research results are sorted and analyzed, and the shortcomings and problems are found, so as to reflect the value of the research. The second chapter is about the basic education teachers' lifelong learning theory, including the definition of the basic concepts involved in the paper and the theoretical basis of the basic education teachers' lifelong learning. The third chapter is mainly about the investigation of the present situation of lifelong learning of basic education teachers, including the design and implementation of the survey, the results of the questionnaire and the analysis of the two aspects. The fourth chapter, combined with the results of the investigation, focuses on the main problems of lifelong learning of basic education teachers. In the fifth chapter, the author mainly expounds the countermeasures and thinking of the lifelong learning of basic education teachers, in order to provide some guidance and reference for the lifelong learning of basic education teachers.
