云南省初中生德育现状分析及对策研究

【摘要】:人的思想对其行为的达成有着重要的影响,随着多元化社会的不断发展,处于生长发育期的学生思想也处于不断朝着多元化方向的发展。如何以中国共产党所提出的核心价值为中柱而对学生进行思想教育,成为了学生成长社会和谐发展的重要话题。学校作为教育基地,很大程度潜移默化地影响着学生的思想活动和行为处事的方式,这对于他们今后出到社会成为健康心理及具备和谐社会的公民素质有着很重要的作用。因此德育在学校中就处于极其重要的地位。德育是思想政治、道德品质培育的简称,是社会道德在个体身上的灌输与体现,是个体在学习一定的社会道德行为规范后,所能展现的比较稳定的心理特征和倾向。本研究以初中校园学生为研究对象,采用文献法、调查研究法、理论分析法对云南省几所初中学校进行德育现状的分析,得出了这几所学校在思想政治、道德品质教育方面的发展现状以及学生在思想品德、心理活动、交际互动方面存在的一些问题,并追踪这些问题的缘由,得出了学校在德育教育方面存在的单向输入与学生的心灵沟通方面的脱节、输入与需要之间的脱节、德育工作与学生的性格之间的脱节、封闭式管理与学生活泼外向的性格的脱节、教师的主体与学生的主体方面存在的矛盾而导致的德育达不到理想效果的根源。也得出了社会负面形象对于学校德育的负面影响而至产生德育不能够达到目标的根源。根据问题产生的根源,笔者提出了从学校德育思路、原则、办学环境以及社会扶持等方面来周全德育的观点。期望通过论题的开展,有利于建立正确科学的学校教育方式、有利于营造幸福和谐的学校、有利于使学生认识到自己真正的需求和对学校的理解,使其更健康的学习成长,为构建和谐社会做贡献,为学校正确运用教育方式培养学生积极健康的道德观提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:Human thought has an important influence on the achievement of human behavior. With the continuous development of pluralistic society, students' thoughts in the period of growth and development are also in the direction of diversification. How to carry on the ideological education to the students with the core value put forward by the Communist Party of China has become an important topic for the harmonious development of the students' growth society. As a base of education, the school, to a large extent, influences the students' ideological activities and ways of doing things, which plays an important role in their coming to the society to become healthy psychology and have the quality of citizens with harmonious society. Therefore, moral education in the school is in an extremely important position. Moral education is the abbreviation of the cultivation of ideological and political and moral quality, it is the indoctrination and embodiment of social morality on the individual, and it is the relatively stable psychological characteristic and tendency that the individual can display after studying certain social moral behavior standard. This research takes the junior high school students as the research object, adopts the literature method, the investigation research method, the theory analytic method to carry on the moral education present situation to several junior high school in Yunnan Province, has obtained these schools in the thought politics, The current situation of moral quality education and the problems existing in students' ideological and moral character, psychological activities, communication and interaction, and trace the causes of these problems. The disconnection between one-way input and students' mental communication, between input and need, and between moral education and students' character is obtained. Closed management is out of touch with students' lively and extroverted character, and the contradiction between teachers' main body and students' main body leads to moral education which can not reach the root of ideal effect. It also shows the negative influence of social negative image on school moral education, which leads to the reason that moral education cannot achieve its goal. According to the origin of the problem, the author puts forward the viewpoint of perfecting moral education from the aspects of the thought, principle, school environment and social support of school moral education. It is expected that the development of the topic will be conducive to the establishment of a correct and scientific way of school education, to the building of a happy and harmonious school, to the realization of the students' real needs and understanding of the school, and to the healthy learning and growth of the students, It provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of a harmonious society and for the correct use of education in schools to cultivate students' positive and healthy moral outlook.
