高中语文课堂观察的困境与优化策略研究

【摘要】:课堂观察以西方建构主义、班杜拉观察学习理论和有效教学理论为基础,是一项已经进入高中教学领域的针对教学实践中教师教学行为和学生行为观察与诊断的教学研究方法。但是由于科学学科和人文学科的学科之间的较大差异,学科教学实践差异及课堂观察研究方法的特殊特点,课堂观察在教学领域内的学科发展不均衡化,明显偏重科学学科的发展。因此,人文学科尤其是语文学科,在课堂观察理论中略有不足,实践中也陷入一定的困境。探本溯源,除了课堂观察研究方法的不成熟之外,还受制于语文课程的学科特殊性、教师教科研能力的不足、学生学习程度和习惯的差异化及学校缺乏相应制度保障等等多方面。在本文中,笔者以教育见习基地为重点,新乡市部分市县区高中教师为调研对象,采用了文献分析法、访谈法、问卷调查法、统计分析法从教师调查问卷、教师访谈两个方面分进行研究,分析存在的问题,给出解决问题的对应策略。本文包括五个部分,第一部分是绪论,主要是叙述了本文研究的背景和意义、研究现状、研究对象与范围和研究思路和方法以及本文的创新之处。第二部分是第一章,主要是叙述了本文相关的概念、本文的理论基础以及现实意义。第三部分是第二章,主要是叙述了本文的调查方案、调查结果分析、存在的困境归因分析。第四部分是第三章,主要探讨了高中语文课堂观察的优化策略分析。第五部分是第四章,主要结合教育见习期间亲自参与的一例课堂观察案例进行了具体分析研究。本文专门针对课堂观察在高中语文课堂教学中的运用进行研究,其中对课堂观察在高中语文教师教学成长中的运用进行了系统的调查与分析,这在研究界尚属少数。笔者通过问卷调查、访谈以及案例研究的方法,了解高中语文课堂观察的现状、存在的问题以及提出相应的策略,希望对一线高中语文教师提供一些力所能及的帮助。
[Abstract]:Classroom observation, based on western constructivism, Bandura's observational learning theory and effective teaching theory, is a teaching research method which aims at teachers' teaching behavior and students' behavior observation and diagnosis in teaching practice. However, due to the great differences between the subjects of science and humanities, the differences in teaching practice and the special characteristics of the methods of classroom observation and research, the development of classroom observation in the field of teaching is not balanced. There is a clear emphasis on the development of science. Therefore, the humanities, especially the Chinese, have some shortcomings in the classroom observation theory, and also fall into a certain dilemma in practice. In addition to the immaturity of classroom observation and research methods, it is also subject to the discipline particularity of the Chinese curriculum and the deficiency of teachers' ability to teach scientific research. The differences of students' learning level and habits and the lack of corresponding institutional protection in schools and so on. In this paper, the author focuses on the educational apprenticeship base, and some senior high school teachers in some cities and counties of Xinxiang City are investigated by the methods of literature analysis, interview, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. Two aspects of teacher interview are studied, the existing problems are analyzed, and the corresponding strategies for solving the problems are given. This paper includes five parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly describes the background and significance of this study, research status, research object and scope, research ideas and methods, as well as the innovation of this paper. The second part is the first chapter, mainly describes the related concepts, the theoretical basis and practical significance of this paper. The third part is the second chapter, mainly narrates the investigation plan, the investigation result analysis, the existing predicament attribution analysis. The fourth part is the third chapter, mainly discusses the high school Chinese classroom observation optimization strategy analysis. The fifth part is the fourth chapter. This paper focuses on the application of classroom observation in Chinese classroom teaching in senior high school, and makes a systematic investigation and analysis on the application of classroom observation in the teaching growth of high school Chinese teachers, which is still a minority in the field of research. Through the methods of questionnaire, interview and case study, the author understands the present situation, the existing problems and the corresponding strategies of the Chinese classroom observation in senior high school, hoping to provide some help to the first-line senior high school Chinese teachers.
