【摘要】:本研究以参加河南师范大学生命科学学院承担的农村中小学置换脱产研修项目(2013年—2016年)的229名生物教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法和观察法等研究方法,对河南省“国培计划”参培生物教师的培训现状和培训需求进行了研究。参培生物教师的培训现状包括基本情况、培训经历和培训动机三方面。参培生物教师的培训需求包括对总体培训环节的需求和对自身专业素质发展的需求。结果表明:1参培生物教师对总体培训环节的需求:(1)在培训师资方面,大多都喜欢一线名师和高校专家来担任研修教师。(2)在培训方式方面,最喜欢的培训方式是案例分析和课堂观摩。(3)在培训管理方面,大多数认为应该以“自我约束、自我管理”为主。(4)在考核方式方面,多数偏爱“自评与互评结合”。(5)在培训课程资源方面,认为应该优先使用“国家级‘国培计划’培训资源库资源”。(6)在培训内容方面,更欢迎“能理论联系实际,解决初中生物教学的问题”的内容。2参培生物教师对自身专业素质的发展需求:(1)在教育教学方面,参培生物教师对“专业理念”和“学科教学知识”比较感兴趣。(2)在教育教学能力方面,认为需要进一步提高的是“高效课堂教学活动的创设能力”和“实验教学活动的设计创新能力”。(3)在教育研究方面,对“高效课堂创设研究”内容最感兴趣。(4)在班务管理方面,认为需要增加“学生良好行为习惯、学习习惯的培养”和“如何利用各种活动,培养学生的集体荣誉感、凝聚力,遵守纪律的意识”方面的内容。(5)在提高教师教育科研能力培训中,对“如何将研究成果用于教学实践”最感兴趣。在对调查结果进行统计、总结与分析的基础上,笔者提出了以下几点初步建议:(1)参培教师应该明确培训需求,定好培训目标;端正学习态度,提高培训积极性;学以致用,灵活运用。(2)承办单位应该按需培训,制定合理培训方案;分层培训,制定多元培训模式;跟踪培训,做好监督指导工作。(3)政府部门和农村初中学校应该加强宣传工作,进行思想教育;规范遴选制度,做好选拔工作;完善管理制度,做好保障工作。
[Abstract]:In this study, 229 biology teachers who participated in the rural primary and secondary school replacement study project (2013-2016), which were undertaken by the College of Life Sciences of Henan normal University, were investigated by questionnaire, interview and observation methods. In this paper, the present training situation and training demand of biology teachers in Henan Province are studied. The present situation of training biology teachers includes three aspects: basic situation, training experience and training motivation. The training needs of biology teachers include the needs of the overall training and the development of their own professional qualities. The results show that: (1) in terms of training teachers, most of them prefer to serve as research teachers by leading teachers and university experts. (2) in terms of training methods, The preferred training methods are case analysis and classroom observation. (3) in training management, most people think that "self-restraint, self-management" should be the main method. (4) in the aspect of assessment, Most prefer "combination of self-assessment and mutual assessment". (5) in terms of training curriculum resources, priority should be given to the use of "national training resources". (6) in terms of training content, it is more welcome that "theory should be linked to practice". The content of solving the problem of biology teaching in junior middle school. 2 the development needs of biology teachers to their own professional quality: (1) in the aspect of education and teaching, The teachers are interested in "professional idea" and "subject teaching knowledge". (2) in terms of teaching ability, It is considered that "the ability of creating effective classroom teaching activities" and "the ability of designing and innovating experimental teaching activities" need to be further improved. (3) in terms of educational research, The content of "efficient classroom creation research" is most interested. (4) in the field of class management, it is necessary to increase "students' good behavior habits and study habits" and "how to make use of various activities to cultivate students' sense of collective honor." (5) in the training of teachers' educational and scientific research ability, they are most interested in "how to apply the research results to teaching practice". On the basis of statistics, summary and analysis of the survey results, the author puts forward the following preliminary suggestions: (1) the teachers should make clear the training needs, set the training goals, correct their learning attitude and improve their enthusiasm for training. (2) the undertaking unit should train according to the need, formulate the reasonable training plan, the stratified training, formulate the multivariate training model; (3) the government departments and rural junior high schools should strengthen propaganda work, carry out ideological education, standardize the selection system, do the selection work well, perfect the management system and do the job of guarantee.
