高中思想政治学科核心素养培养研究

【摘要】:近年来,“核心素养”一词引起了国内外学者们的广泛关注。2014年3月,教育部印发了《关于全面深化课程改革,落实立德树人根本任务的意见》(教基二[2014]4号),“核心素养”一词首次出现在我国的教育政策文件中。同时,文件中提到,要把学生发展核心素养细化到不同的学段、年级和学科。这说明,我们要围绕立德树人这一任务,分别从各个学科的角度出发,来共同构建学生的核心素养。在教学实践中,受到思想政治学科及课程的特殊性、传统评价制度的制约、部分思想政治学科教师的专业化发展程度有待提高、课程形成周期与信息时代发展速度不相适应等因素的影响,高中思想政治学科核心素养在培养的过程中,出现了学科及课程的受重视程度不够高、部分学生有厌学情绪或知识学习表层化、学科的评价体系不够健全、部分高中思想政治学科教师的育人观念较为陈旧或专业水平相对较低等问题。针对这些问题以及造成这些问题的原因,可以从高中思想政治学科教学体系的完善、培养渠道的拓宽、高中思想政治教师综合素质的提升等方面入手,提高高中思想政治学科核心素养培养的成效。高中思想政治学科是提升高中生政治素养和思想道德水平的主阵地,学生思想政治学科核心素养的养成,有利于贯彻党和国家的方针政策,有利于实现高中思想政治学科的价值,有利于促进学生的自由全面发展。本文立足于国内外现有的优秀研究成果,通过文献研究法和观察法,对高中思想政治学科核心素养的培养进行研究,以求对高中思想政治学科核心素养的培养有所启示。本文共分为四个部分:第一部分:绪论。这部分阐述了高中思想政治学科核心素养提出的背景与本文研究的理论意义和现实意义。同时,从国外研究现状和国内研究现状两个角度,对高中思想政治学科核心素养的研究现状作出了整理归纳与分析。此外,说明了本文的研究方法,即文献研究法和观察法。第二部分:高中思想政治学科核心素养概述。这部分对高中思想政治学科核心素养的相关概念进行了界定。同时,分析了高中思想政治学科核心素养的四个构成要素和五个特征。并且,从党和国家、高中思想政治学科本身、学生等三个方面,阐述了高中思想政治学科核心素养培养的意义。第三部分:高中思想政治学科核心素养培养中存在的问题及其原因分析。这部分阐述了高中思想政治学科核心素养的培养在现实生活中存在的问题。同时,也分析了造成这些问题的原因。第四部分:高中思想政治学科核心素养培养的策略。这部分针对思想政治学科核心素养在培养过程中存在的问题以及造成这些问题的原因,从高中思想政治学科的教学体系、高中思想政治学科核心素养的培养渠道以及高中思想政治教师的综合素质三个角度,对高中思想政治学科核心素养的培养策略进行了探究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the term "core accomplishment" has attracted wide attention from scholars both at home and abroad. In March 2014, the Ministry of Education issued "opinions on comprehensively deepening the Curriculum Reform and implementing the fundamental Task of establishing a person by virtue" (Educational Foundation II [2014] 4). The term "core accomplishment" appears for the first time in the educational policy document of our country. At the same time, the document refers to the development of core literacy students into different stages, grades and disciplines. This shows that we should build the core quality of students from the perspective of various disciplines around the task of creating people. In teaching practice, due to the particularity of ideological and political subjects and courses, and the restriction of traditional evaluation system, the professional development of some teachers of ideological and political subjects needs to be improved. The curriculum formation cycle and the development speed of the information age do not adapt to the influence of factors such as the high school ideological and political discipline core literacy in the process of cultivation, there is a discipline and curriculum attention is not high enough. Some students have some problems such as weariness of learning or superficial learning of knowledge, inadequate evaluation system of subjects, obsolete educational concepts or relatively low professional level of some high school ideological and political teachers. In view of these problems and the causes of these problems, we can start with the improvement of the teaching system of ideological and political subjects in senior high school, the widening of cultivation channels, the improvement of the comprehensive quality of high school ideological and political teachers, etc. Improve the high school ideological and political discipline core literacy training results. The subject of ideological and political education in senior high school is the main position to improve the political literacy and ideological and moral level of high school students. The cultivation of the core accomplishment of students' ideological and political discipline is conducive to the implementation of the principles and policies of the Party and the country. It is helpful to realize the value of the high school ideological and political subject and to promote the free and all-round development of the students. Based on the outstanding research results at home and abroad, this paper studies the cultivation of ideological and political core literacy in senior high school through literature research and observation, in order to enlighten the cultivation of ideological and political core literacy in senior high school. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction. This part expounds the background of the core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline and the theoretical and practical significance of this study. At the same time, from the two angles of foreign and domestic research status, this paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline in senior high school. In addition, the research method of this paper, namely literature research method and observation method, is explained. The second part: high school ideological and political discipline core literacy overview. This part defines the concept of core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline. At the same time, it analyzes the four elements and five characteristics of the core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline in senior high school. And, from the party and the country, the high school ideological and political discipline itself, students and other three aspects, elaborated the ideological and political discipline of high school core literacy training significance. The third part: high school ideological and political discipline core literacy training problems and their causes. This part expounds the problems existing in the cultivation of the core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline in real life. At the same time, the causes of these problems are also analyzed. The fourth part: the strategy of cultivating the core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline. This part aims at the problems existing in the cultivation of the core accomplishment of the ideological and political discipline and the causes of these problems, from the teaching system of the ideological and political subject in the senior high school. This paper probes into the training strategy of the core accomplishment of the ideological and political subject in senior high school from three angles: the cultivation channel of the core accomplishment of the high school ideological and political subject and the comprehensive quality of the high school ideological and political teacher.
