高中声乐艺考生和声乐特长生的教学分析

【摘要】:我国教育部高度重视多元化人才的培养,全国各级各类学校也积极响应国家教育部的号召,许多高中也开始将艺考生和音乐特长生作为一种特色招生加入到自己本校的招生计划中,这也让丰富的校园活动和特色的音乐专业课教学成为办学的一大亮点,其主要目的是直接向大学音乐专业人员提供优质的人才。因此,越来越多的考生和家长选择艺考这条道路,这种高考的考试类型也越来越多的人开始关注,也使得我们开始去研究和思考,现阶段高中声乐艺考生和声乐特长生的教学现状如何呢?高中对声乐艺考生和声乐特长生的教育结果各个高校是否满意呢?本文以包头市包钢五中和北京市中央民族大学附属中学为例,对高中两种不同形式的艺术生进行教学分析。首先,笔者以包钢五中和民大附中为调查对象,调查研究从师资力量、艺考生和特长生的选拔标准、招生情况、课堂设计、培养目标及其高考录取情况等多个方面对高中音乐艺考生和音乐特长生的教学现状进行逐一分析;其次,笔者通过对这两所高校进行走访调查,针对近年来学校的教学资源分配等情况进行分析研究,得出两所学校在对声乐艺考生和声乐特长生的培养与管理中存在的一些问题进行分析,并提出合理化建议。建议中包括对加强高中音乐教师的专业素质培养、学校硬件设施的建设、学生音乐理论知识课的培养等方面。最后,并着重分析艺考生和音乐特长生毕业后五到十年的追踪调查,分别是对学生和家长树立一个正确的艺考观念、制定文化课和专业课的平衡发展对策、注重加强学生的心理辅导,尤其对高三学生的心理辅导等方面。高中音乐艺考生和音乐特长生是当代新型人才,其培养与管理更是音乐教育面临的新挑战,只有不断的改进和探索,才能够对整个高中艺考生和音乐特长生的整体素质得到有效地全面地提高,更为高校能够培养出高素质的优质的音乐人才做贡献,对我国学生首先认清现阶段的艺考招生现状;有利于我国音乐教育的发展提出合理化建议;能够为我国音乐高考教育改革尽一份微薄之力。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Education of our country attaches great importance to the cultivation of diversified talents, and all kinds of schools at all levels in the country have responded positively to the call of the Ministry of Education. Many senior high schools have also begun to include art examinees and music majors in their own school's enrollment plan as a kind of characteristic enrollment, which also makes rich campus activities and characteristic music courses a bright spot in running a school. Its main purpose is to provide college music professionals with quality personnel directly. As a result, more and more candidates and parents choose the path of the art test, and more people begin to pay attention to this type of examination in the college entrance examination, which also makes us begin to study and think about it. At this stage, what is the current situation of the teaching of high school vocal art examinees and vocal students? Is the high school satisfied with the educational results of the students with vocal music skills and students with special vocal music skills in colleges and universities? This paper takes Baotou City Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd as an example to analyze the teaching of two different forms of art students in senior high school. First of all, the author takes Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., as the object of investigation, to investigate and study the selection criteria, enrollment situation, and classroom design of teachers, technical examinees and students with special abilities. The training goal and the situation of the college entrance examination, etc., analyze the teaching situation of the high school music art examinee and the music specialty student one by one; Secondly, through the investigation of the two colleges and universities, the author analyzes and studies the situation of teaching resources allocation in recent years. Some problems existing in the cultivation and management of students of vocal music art and students with specialty of vocal music were analyzed in the two schools, and some reasonable suggestions were put forward. The suggestions include strengthening the cultivation of high school music teachers' professional quality, the construction of school hardware facilities, and the cultivation of students' music theory knowledge. Finally, it focuses on analyzing the tracing and investigation of art examinees and music majors five to ten years after graduation, which is to set up a correct idea for students and their parents on the art test, and to formulate a balanced development strategy for cultural and professional classes. Pay attention to strengthen the psychological guidance of students, especially to the psychological counseling of senior three students. The high school music art examinee and the music specialty student are the contemporary new talented person, its training and the management is the music education to face the new challenge, only unceasingly improves and explores, In order to improve the overall quality of the whole high school art examinees and music students effectively and comprehensively, the colleges and universities can cultivate high-quality and high-quality music talents to contribute to the first clear understanding of our students at the present stage of the art examination enrollment status; It is beneficial to the development of music education in our country and can contribute to the reform of music college entrance examination education in China.
