农村中小学生价值观教育的现实困境及其改善机制

【摘要】:随着城市化的迅速推进,农村中小学生处境发生了巨大变化,价值观教育成为不可回避的重要议题。从学校德育视角仔细审视后发现:农村中小学生价值观教育面临着诸多困境,包括学生群体分化与教育需求多样化、多元文化共存与价值的相对和冲突、父母价值观嬗变与道德榜样的扭曲、应试教育盛行与价值观教育放逐等困境。要走出这些困境,学校和教师必须明确自身在农村中小学生价值观教育中的主导地位,寻求解决问题的路径和方法。关注和满足不同群体学生需求是基础,用社会主义核心价值观引导价值观教育是核心,联合和优化家庭德育力量是保障,回归价值观教育的重要地位是关键。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, great changes have taken place in the situation of primary and secondary school students in rural areas, and value education has become an important issue that can not be avoided. From the perspective of school moral education, it is found that the value education of primary and middle school students in rural areas is facing many difficulties, including the differentiation of student groups and the diversification of educational needs, the relative and conflict of multicultural coexistence and value. The evolution of parents' values and the distortion of moral role models, the prevalence of examination-oriented education and the banishment of values education. In order to get out of these dilemmas, schools and teachers must make clear their dominant position in the value education of primary and secondary school students in rural areas, and seek the ways and methods to solve the problems. Paying attention to and meeting the needs of different groups of students is the foundation, guiding value education with socialist core values is the core, uniting and optimizing the strength of family moral education is the guarantee, and returning to the important position of value education is the key.
