中学英语实习老师对教学实践能力的感知调查研究

教学实践能力是指教师在教学实践过程中所具备的专业知识和教学技能,它不仅会影响学习者的学习效率,还会影响教师解决问题的能力,进而影响课堂教学的顺利进行。因此,在英语实习老师的教育学习和实践训练中,应充分发展其教学实践能力。实习过程是英语实习老师展示专业知识和技能、并将理论知识转化为教学实践的最佳时机。本研究旨在探讨以下问题:1)中学英语实习老师教学实践能力的总体状况;2)详细分析英语实习老师课上教学实践能力的五个维度;3)集中和顶岗实习的英语实习老师在教学实践能力上的差异;4)英语实习老师对其教学反思和评价能力的态度。以150名不同中学的英语实习老师为研究对象,其中138名实习老师的问卷为有效问卷。通过分析他们的问卷和访谈,得出研究结果如下:首先,英语实习老师在课堂教学实践能力的五个方面的总平均值为3.64,说明英语实习老师的教学实践能力达到中等偏上的水平。同时也说明他们对五个方面的教学实践能力持相对积极的态度。其次,在教学实践能力的五个方面中,最高的平均值是教学设计能力(3.71),排在其后的是专业知识运用能力(3.70)、表达能力(3.68)、教学科研创新能力(3.61)。课堂组织管...
