高中英语教师评价素养的调查研究

　　英语教师评价素养是英语教师必备的能力,最近在二语领域得到了前所未有的关注。美国学者里克·史蒂金斯是最早提出“评价素养”这一概念的人,他在评价素养一文中指出评价素养是掌握评价方法并利用评价方法收集学生的信息。现有研究主要集中于教师评价素养的构成与如何提升教师评价素养,而对高中英语教师评价素养的现状研究存在不足,因此,本文旨在研究高中英语教师评价素养的现状,推动教师评价素养学科化,同时有助于丰富高中英语教师评价素养的框架与构成,提升高中英语教师的评价素养,促进其专业化发展。本研究主要解决了以下几个问题:1.高中英语教师评价素养总体处于何种水平?2.高中英语教师评价素养在教育背景,职位与教龄上是否存在差异?3.哪些因素可能影响高中英语教师评价素养?本研究运用了调查问卷,访谈等研究工具,对教师素养进行调查。调查对象来自内蒙古自治区中西部5所不同高中的92位高中英语教师,并对其中10位高中英语教师进行小组访谈和个别访谈。调查结果显示:1.大部分高中英语教师的评价素养处于平均水平,评价理念与评价伦理较为积极,但在一定程度上欠缺评价知能;2.高中英语教师的评价素养在教育背景与教龄方面存在差异,但在职...
