一种航空客机选型的随机多属性决策方法

【摘要】：为解决航空公司客机选型决策中,需要使用的旅客需求信息为随机信息的问题,本文研究了考虑随机信息的航空客机选型多属性决策方法。首先在分析飞机选型工作流程的基础上,建立了航空客机选型评价指标体系;然后针对指标信息中既有数值信息又有随机信息的特点,给出了一种航空客机选型的随机多属性决策方法;最后通过一个算例说明了本文给出方法的可行性和有效性。相关原理和方法可以扩展应用到新能源汽车服务网络方案选择、移动信息服务开发项目选择等决策问题。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the passenger demand information is random information. In this paper, the multi-attribute decision method of aircraft type selection considering random information is studied. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the work flow of aircraft selection, the evaluation index system of aircraft type selection is established. Then according to the characteristics of both numerical information and random information in the index information, a stochastic multi-attribute decision method for the selection of airliner is presented. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The related principles and methods can be extended to the selection of new energy vehicle service network schemes. Decision-making issues such as project selection for mobile information service development.
