领导如何一骂定乾坤

【摘要】:正骂,指口出恶言和忿詈之语,是一种极端的负面情绪和暴烈态度的表达。骂人既失态,也容易失和,造成人与人之间的情绪对立甚至心理仇恨。因此,一般而言,领导不宜骂人。但是,某种程度上,骂也是爱憎分明和激浊扬清的集中体现,是坚持正确立场和导向所必需的一种鲜明态度,运用得当就是一种高超的领导艺术和特殊的管理手段。即使是一贯主张温良恭俭让、崇尚文质彬彬君子之风的儒家,也不一概否定骂。孔子在《论语·里仁》中说:"唯仁者能好人,能恶人。"孔子不仅很善骂,而且骂得狠。《孟子·梁惠王上》介绍说,孔子对于殉葬哪怕是以俑殉葬的恶俗深恶痛绝,曾恶狠狠地骂道:"始作俑者,其
