让副职“动”起来

【摘要】：正在一个班子中,总有正职和副职之分。由于正职位置的重要性,一般来说,正职总是"动"得多,副职相对"动"得少。但是,现实中有些副职该动不动,影响了工作的效率和绩效。因此,如何让副职"动"起来,也就自然成为正职不得不认真思考和解决的问题。善于借智让副职动"脑"。"智者千虑,必有一失"。正职不是完人,知识结构和阅历、见识等不足以确保自己决策的正确性。副职虽然分管工作的一部分,但是全局工作不可缺少的部分。正职虽然掌管全局,但未必在局部上比副职更了解情况,这会影响对全局更深刻的把握。因此,善于借
[Abstract]:In a team, there is always a division between the main post and the deputy post. Because of the importance of the main position, in general, the main post is always "moving" much more, and the deputy post is relatively less "moving". However, in reality, some deputy posts should not be moved. It affects the efficiency and performance of the work. Therefore, how to make the deputy "move" will naturally become a problem that must be seriously considered and solved by the deputy. Be good at using wisdom to make the deputy move the "brain". "A wise person who thinks a thousand times must lose a job." A proper job is not a perfect person. The structure of knowledge, experience, knowledge, and so on are not sufficient to ensure the correctness of their decisions. Although deputy posts are part of the work, they are indispensable parts of the overall work. Although the main post is in charge of the overall situation, it may not necessarily know the situation more locally than the deputy. This will affect a deeper grasp of the overall situation.
