中国社会救助群体再就业决策行为发生机制研究

【摘要】：异质类型的社会救助群体各自呈现出迥异的家庭内生再就业决策模式,其再就业决策行为的收入效应与替代效应之间呈现出差异化的强弱格局。通过对社会救助外生再就业决策机制的研究结果显示:社会救助家庭外生再就业决策机制的形成取决于受助群体和邻里的监督机制,若受助群体经济状况在逐步的改善,最后可完全脱离贫困,其角色的转换是经济收入的获取由"被动"和"受助"变为"主动"和"自助"获取的机制。鉴于此递进过程,研究提出了社会救助群体摆脱贫困恶性循环的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Heterogeneous types of social assistance groups each showing a different family of endogenous re employment decision model, the re employment decision-making behavior of income effect and substitution effect showed differences in the strength of the pattern. Through the research on social assistance and re employment decision-making mechanism of exogenous results showed that exogenous re employment of social assistance decision-making mechanism of the formation of depending on the supervision mechanism of communities and neighborhoods, if economic conditions in the recipient groups gradually improved, finally completely out of poverty, the role of the conversion of economic income is obtained by the "passive" and "recipients" into "active" and "self-help" access mechanism. In view of this progressive process, put forward the research the social relief groups out of poverty vicious spiral policy recommendations.
