变革导向领导行为与知识转移——组织文化、知识转移与接受意愿的中介作用

【摘要】:知识转移会受到多种因素的影响,尤其是来自于作为组织的核心的领导的影响。因此,对于领导行为如何影响个人向组织的知识转移的研究具有明显的理论和实践价值。本文从个人向组织的知识转移层面出发,研究了变革导向领导行为对于知识转移的影响,并创造性地将学习型的组织文化、知识转移意愿、知识接受意愿作为中介变量引入变革导向领导行为对知识转移影响的模型中。研究结果显示变革导向领导行为对知识转移容易程度有正向的影响作用,学习型的组织文化和知识接收意愿共同中介了变革导向领导行为对知识转移容易程度的影响。
[Abstract]:Knowledge transfer is influenced by a number of factors, especially from the leadership that is the core of the organization. The research on how leadership behavior affects the knowledge transfer from individual to organization has obvious theoretical and practical value. This paper studies the influence of transformation-oriented leadership behavior on knowledge transfer from individual to organization. And creatively will learn the organizational culture, knowledge transfer will, Knowledge acceptance will as an intermediary variable is introduced into the model of the influence of transformation-oriented leadership behavior on knowledge transfer. The results show that transformation-oriented leadership behavior has a positive effect on the ease of knowledge transfer. The organizational culture of learning and the willingness to receive knowledge mediate the influence of transformation-oriented leadership behavior on the ease of knowledge transfer.
