【摘要】：正现代社会是一个信息社会,任何决策的制定都离不开信息。尤其在进行经济决策时,更要有充分的相关信息作为支持和保证,这样才能使经济决策更加有效。从某种程度上说,决策者对信息有一定的依赖。不依赖于这些信息,决策者几乎只能做无用功。但即使依赖于这些信息,决策者的最终决策也可能会存在一定的偏差,也就是说从决策者来说,这种信息依赖也会伴随一定的风险。那么是
