【摘要】：正一、道德型领导及其主要影响道德型领导,最早被哲学家们认为是道德领导应有的行为。后来,道德型领导作为一个独立的概念被提出。它不同于纯粹的道德行为,也不同于其他包含道德成分的领导力理论(Mayeretal.,2009)。Trevino等(2000)发现道德型领导具有两个重要的维度:道德的人和道德的管理者。Brown,Trevino和Harrison(2005)通过相关实验进一步研究了道德型领导的前因后果,把道德型领导定义为
