【摘要】：如何针对企业的实际生产情况来具体确定产业相关培训的重点?就此类问题,笔者摒弃了之前学者较多采用的套用式分析模式,尝试通过自主构建理论分析模型的方式来提高研究的针对性。通过三个环节的分析论证,给出了一种产业最优配置模型。随后,选取5家实证对象,基于上述理论模型展开实证分析,为企业深入发展确定了培训的关键点和核心点。由此提高了实证对象的产出水平,为企业培训提供了一种全新的发展思路。
[Abstract]:According to the actual production situation of enterprises to focus on specific industry related training? These problems, the author abandons the apply analysis mode before scholars used more and more, try to build independent theoretical analysis model to improve the pertinence of the research. Through the analysis of three aspects, gives a kind of optimal allocation of industry model. Then, selected 5 empirical object, the empirical analysis carried out based on the theoretical model, determine the key points of the training and the core point for the further development of enterprises. To improve the output level of an object, which provides a new idea for the development of enterprise training.
