【摘要】:随着我国经济发展、社会进步以及产业创新等方面的进步与变化,互联网发挥着不可忽视的作用,随着互联网用户的不断增加、互联网市场规模的扩大,人们的生活越来越离不开互联网,传统产业也加速和互联网的融合,国际交流以及国际合作也随着互联网规模的扩大而日益密切,由此,互联网的竞争力和影响力也得到持续提升。面对日趋激烈的竞争环境,互联网企业内部的人才培育对于企业提升人力资源的价值起到了至关重要的作用,同时也是提高企业核心竞争力的关键。本文选取了A互联网企业作为研究对象,通过文献研究法、个案分析法以及调查访谈法,尝试对研究对象的离职现状进行研究,发现A互联网企业的人力资源管理体系并不健全,造成了近年来员工离职呈上升趋势的情况。企业在发展,但企业的管理方式却没有与时俱进,仍然以守旧的方式管理员工,员工的工作积极性不能得到充分的调动,员工的职业发展也无人关注,因此A互联网企业的人力资源管理体系的改革迫在眉睫。针对目前人力资源管理体系存在问题,找到人力资源管理体系中缺失的部分,提出改善人力资源管理体系的相关建议,从而改善A互联网企业离职的状况。人力资源管理体系的改善,要把握两个方面,一方面是企业员工的流入端即新员工的招聘和培训,另一方面也要守住企业员工的流出端即提出离职的员工的挽留和原因分析。同时兼顾人力资源管理体系中的在职员工培训、薪酬福利制度改革,加强激励力度,帮助员工建立职业生涯管理体系,完善和健全沟通制度,及时掌握员工的工作状态,根据获取离职员工的各项数据进行全面的分析,以便企业能够及时获取信息并进行政策的调整。
[Abstract]:With the economic development, social progress and industrial innovation in China, the Internet plays an important role. With the continuous increase of Internet users, the scale of the Internet market is expanding. People's life is more and more inseparable from the Internet, traditional industries and the convergence of the Internet, international exchanges and international cooperation with the expansion of the scale of the Internet and increasingly close, thus. The competitiveness and influence of the Internet has been continuously enhanced. Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment, the cultivation of talents within Internet enterprises plays a vital role in enhancing the value of human resources. At the same time, it is also the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper selects A Internet enterprises as the research object, through literature research, case analysis and interviews. This paper tries to study the current situation of the turnover of the subjects, and finds that the human resource management system of the A Internet enterprise is not perfect, resulting in the upward trend of employee turnover in recent years. The enterprise is developing. However, the management of the enterprise has not kept pace with the times, still manage the staff in the old-fashioned way, the enthusiasm of the staff can not be fully mobilized, and the professional development of the staff is also unattended. Therefore, the reform of the human resource management system of A Internet enterprise is urgent. In view of the problems existing in the current human resources management system, the missing part of the human resources management system is found. To improve the human resources management system and improve the situation of A Internet enterprises to quit. The improvement of human resources management system, we should grasp two aspects. On the one hand, the inflow of enterprise staff, that is, the recruitment and training of new employees. On the other hand, it is necessary to keep the outflow end of the enterprise staff, that is, to propose the retention and cause analysis of the staff who leave the service. At the same time, we should also take into account the in-service staff training in the human resources management system, the reform of the compensation and welfare system, and the strengthening of incentives. Help employees to establish career management system, improve and improve communication system, timely grasp the working status of employees, according to obtain the data of staff to conduct a comprehensive analysis. So that enterprises can timely access to information and policy adjustments.
