【摘要】：目前我国对非营利性艺术机构与团体的研究尚处于起步阶段,特别是对于艺术节组织机构的研究还有很大的空间。本论题将在非营利组织管理学的理论框架下,以北京国际音乐节与萨尔斯堡音乐节为研究课题,针对两节非营利性组织机构的不同进行针对性比较研究,通过组织机构产生与发展的背景、基金会、机构设置、人力资源管理、志愿者管理五个方面的比较分析,总结出国际性艺术节在组织机构管理上的一般特点和我国艺术节在组织机构管理上的不足,以国际通用模式为基础,探索出适合中国艺术节发展的“中国特色”组织机构管理模式,希望在理论指导和实际操作层面上对我国艺术节组织机构管理的国际化和专业化发展起到启发和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The current research on nonprofit art institutions and organizations in our country is still in the initial stage, especially for the study of art festival organization, there is a great space. This topic in the theoretical framework of nonprofit organization management, with the Beijing International Music Festival and Salzburg Music Festival as the research topic, the two non-profit organizations of different for comparison, the background of the birth and development, through the organization foundation, institutional settings, human resources management, comparative analysis of five aspects of volunteer management, summed up the lack of International Art Festival general characteristics in organization management and the China Art Festival in the organization management, the international the general model as the foundation, to explore suitable for China festival development "China characteristic" organization management mode, in the hope of theoretical guidance and practical operational level of The international and specialized development of the management of the organization of the art festival in China has played an inspiring and useful reference.
