【摘要】:移动互联时代,组织中的核心竞争力是在竞争中取得持续竞争优势的源泉,人力资源管理正是组织塑造核心竞争力的关键。薪酬管理作为人力资源管理中的一项重要的内容,有利于提高企业工作效率,对于中国教育培训产业中最具发展潜力的英语培训学校,二线教师的薪酬与激励的研究亦是至关重要。本文以w英语培训学校教师为研究对象,以调查问卷的形式收集教师对职业薪资现状、职业晋升渠道、培训管理等方面的意见、建议和评价,同时采用了文献资料法、数理分析法等研究方法,对国内外薪酬理论,激励机制理论进行总结、提炼和归纳,以双因素激励理论来解决W英语培训学校教师激励机制管理工作中的实际问题,为w英语培训学校教师薪酬激励机制管理提供了一定的参考和借鉴。本文在双因素激励理论的基础上,结合实际工作对w英语培训学校教师薪酬激励机制进行研究,通过研究分析同类型英语培训学校薪酬激励机制现状及W英语培训学校薪酬激励机制存在的问题,针对性的提出完善薪酬激励机制的对策,重视W英语培训学校教师薪酬结构、绩效考评工作以及拓宽培训晋升渠道等多个方面,最大限度地调动W英语培训学校教师工作积极性、稳定人员结构、发挥W英语培训学校教师教研主力军的作用,从而实现W英语培训学校的可持续发展。通过此次研究能对W英语培训学校薪酬激励机制的完善提供参考依据,同时也为英语培训行业的薪酬激励的建立开辟一个新的思路。
