【摘要】:文化传承非一蹴可及,遗存文化亦是。随着中国城市化的高速发展,城市的地域不断扩大,工业遗存的更生环境有着复杂的处理条件。其于城市发展进程中所产生的尴尬与矛盾,考验着遗存应当保留下来的文化传承机制,倘造成区域景观生态环境上的退化,则将难以维护,反易酿成二次废墟等一系列问题。中国现今的工业遗存更生模式,常急于展现在形态上显见的空间新象或换墙换皮的改造新衣。在结果论的表象下,工业遗存更生对于城市的意义,往往易流于阶段性的昙花一现,而疏于顾及更新系统的可持续循环。不良的工业遗存改造或拆建,将造成更新产业的形态趋同、人力资源的浪费、区域文化的断层以及城市规划的高同构性。因此,基于工业遗存在城市文化发展中的重要角色,传承场所的精神性并与城市发展规划融合,将对中国产业创新、创造活力城市带来重大意义。音乐的“形而上”形式,能经由乐谱、频率的秩序性得以为人类量化认知演奏,然而建筑空间的精神情境表现,确难有理可据。本研究尝试探求“场所精神”与工业遗存的关系,藉由“量子纠缠”理论,推论纠缠效应下,建筑空间与环境因子的关联是可能穿越时空限制,呈现可作为定量定性分析的评价基础,藉以论证复苏工业遗存的精神性能为场所的传承起到正面可期的作用。本研究通过文献与实场调研,总结德国工业遗存的成功经验,于推论试导的过程中,借红外线建筑成像技术作为遗存建筑的修缮基础,进而评量组成场所相应粒子之“信息”,重构精神场境,并藉以德国模式的系统机制,维护“秩序”的可持续性,使工业遗存“精神性”的复苏能具体化为可操控的手段。论文研究成果表明:(1)认识工业遗存的复苏,非仅以型态的研究处理为主要方法,而可能经由微观物理的量子力学理论借用,使遗存建筑回归过去时空场境的工业精神性,从而在补充“场所精神”(GENIUS LOCI)理论之同时,实践为后续研究提供可参用的理论支持。(2)藉由已证的“量子纠缠”效应,表述工业遗存的材料分子特性具有信息的秩序,而其总参与粒子与环境因子的纠缠,将影响新旧时空下场所微电磁的效应。藉由回归工业遗存场所的电磁稳态,重新调动组成分子间的信息秩序,即让工业遗存与场所的环境分子发生更新纠缠,将能够对不清晰的精神性作逻辑推演分析,从而更客观的对遗存的“场所精神”以释义。(3)借梳理德国对工业遗存的更生系统维护机制,辅以本研究关键性“场所精神”建构程序,取精去糙提出综合优化建议策略,进而对工业遗存更生后的维护导入PDCA循环模型,使得新工业遗存场所具可持续运作机制,并达到精神性的传承方法之效应。
