国家审计职业化建设与人力资源管理流程再造

【摘要】："审计职业化"是未来审计队伍建设的发展方向,在原有的行政管理下嵌入职业化管理成份是目前审计职业化较为可行的模式。职业化建设与人力资源管理各个环节密切相关,随着国家审计职业化建设的开展,必然带来审计机关人力资源管理流程的变革,文章从人才管理理念、审计职业准入制度、晋升通道、考核机制、培训制度常态化等几个方面进行了阐述。
