【摘要】:随着信息技术产业的转型升级、移动互联的出现和消费者需求的不断提高,涌现出许多与互联网技术应用相关的新的商业模式,这种模式主要体现在互联网与传统商业、生产、消费模式的整合或渗透,以此衍生出了像物联网、云计算、大数据等许许多多的新业态。贵州将大数据作为经济增长的重要战略,给许多像LCXY公司这样的中小型软件企业带来了很好的发展机遇,但与此同时,由于越来越多国内外知名软件企业入驻本省,LCXY公司也面临着巨大的挑战。LCXY公司是贵州省的一家普通软件企业,为了适应市场发展需求和贵州省大力发展大数据的机会,公司虽然进行了一定的改革,但是仍然存在着人力资源结构和配置不合理的问题,在人力资源的招聘、管理、使用、培训等方面无法找到适合企业发展的途径和机制,缺乏科学的人力资源战略。本文根据LCXY公司的实际情况,并充分考虑企业面对新业态发展所带来的人力资源困惑及企业在改革过程中取得经验,采用了PEST分析法及调查访问法对公司所处的内外部环境进行了分析,找到了LCXY公司人力资源战略存在的问题,并提出了适合LCXY公司发展战略的人力资源战略目标及五年内的人力资源战略。通过对LCXY公司人力资源供需预测及供求平衡等内容的研究,本文进一步针对LCXY公司人力资源的五年战略,从企业组织结构优化计划、人员招聘计划、绩效计划、薪酬计划、员工培训计划、员工发展计划、企业文化建设计划几个方面构建了新业态下适合LCXY公司发展的人力资源战略规划的各项业务计划,并提出了与之相适应的实施步骤、评估方法及企业在组织、制度、技术、资金方面的保障措施,以指导公司在激烈的市场竞争中取得以人力资源为主导的、新的竞争优势,对贵州省本地其他同类型企业解决在新业态下的人力资源问题也有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the transformation and upgrading of the information technology industry, the emergence of the mobile Internet and consumer demand continues to improve, the emergence of many applications and Internet technology related to the new business model, this model is mainly reflected in the Internet and traditional business, production and consumption patterns of the integration and penetration, as derived as networking, cloud computing, big many new data formats and more. Guizhou will big data as an important strategy for economic growth, many companies such as LCXY, small and medium-sized software enterprises has brought good opportunities for development, but at the same time, as more and more domestic and foreign well-known software companies settled in the province, LCXY company is also facing the huge challenge of.LCXY company is an ordinary software enterprises in Guizhou Province, in order to adapt to the development of big data market demand and development opportunities in Guizhou Province, although the company was reformed, but still There is a structure and allocation of human resources is not reasonable, in the recruitment of human resources, management, use, training and other aspects can not find the way and mechanism for the development of enterprises, the lack of scientific human resource strategy. According to the actual situation of LCXY company, and give full consideration to the enterprise human resources and enterprises face confusion brought by the new state development experience gained in the reform process, using the PEST analysis method and investigation method of analysis on the company's internal and external environment, find the existing problems of LCXY company human resource strategy, and put forward the development strategy for LCXY company's human resources strategy and human resources strategy within five years through the research of LCXY company human resources supply and demand forecasting and supply and demand balance and so on, this paper further studies the LCXY corporation human resources strategy for five years, from the enterprise organization structure optimization Planning, personnel recruitment, performance planning, compensation plan, employee training plan, staff development plan, plan for construction of enterprise culture to construct the development of new formats for LCXY company human resources under the strategic planning of the business plan, and put forward the corresponding implementation steps, evaluation methods and enterprise in the organization system technology, capital, safeguard measures, to guide the company in the fierce competition in the market to obtain human resources as the leading factor, a new competitive advantage, also have certain reference value to the Guizhou province local other enterprises solve the problem of human resources in the new format.
