【摘要】:近年来,随着政府和社会资本投入的大幅增加,我国城市轨道交通的建设开始步入快车道。经济的稳定发展,以及人们出行需求的快速增长,使得城市轨道交通建设的进程不断加快,建设的规模不断扩大。未来几年,随着国家新一轮经济建设热潮的到来,以及国家对城市基础设施建设的新的布局调整,我国轨道交通的建设将迈上新的阶段。未来,随着国家对城市轨道交通建设重视度的进一步提升,我国城市轨道交通建设将会有更大的飞跃。广州地铁设计研究院有限公司创建于1993年,在城市轨道交通设计方面拥有雄厚的综合实力。然而,广州地铁设计研究院在发展的过程中,各业务的开展大多各自为政,自成一体,尚未形成一体化经营机制,部分业务的发展思路偏离了整体发展需要,致使公司的业务发展过于分散,难以统一协调。正确的发展战略对促进企业的发展具有至关重要的作用,因此,本文针对广州地铁设计研究院有限公司在发展过程中存在的突出问题,围绕公司的发展战略展开研究,对帮助公司制定正确的发展站略,使公司在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,具有重要的现实意义。本文的研究得出以下结论:(1)由PEST分析法对我国的宏观环境分析可知,政治上,我国政局稳定,法治观念不断强化,经济上,我国经济高速发展,带动了各行各业的快速发展,铁路行业发展形势喜人,城市轨道交通建设进入快车道,社会上,我国社会繁荣稳定,人们的物质与精神生活日益丰富,技术上,我国信息化、智能化高新技术进步惊人,为城市轨道交通建设注入了强劲的活力。(2)由SWOT模型分析表明,广州地铁设计研究院有限公司在竞争优势方面,拥有依托实力雄厚的母公司、素质技术优良的人才队伍、丰富的行业管理经验、长期经营珠三角区域业务基础、稳定海外合作关系等方面的优势;而公司在人才队伍结构、核心业务能力及公司的经营管理等方面,也存在着一定的劣势;公司在所处的国家政治经济条件、公司所处地理位置、公司所处行业领域等方面,面临着较多的机会;而公司在所处的行业发展速度加快、城市轨道交通行业竞争的激烈性、行业技术的创新与发展等方面,面临着较多的威胁。公司只有抓紧机会、把握优势、克服劣势、规避威胁与风险,才能赢得市场,赢得竞争。(3)广州地铁设计研究院有限公司为了促进自身的生存与发展,在确定自身的愿景、战略思路和战略目标的基础上,应当确定以下发展战略:一是确定拓展地铁轨道交通主营业务,寻求多业发展的国内战略;二是确定主动适应轨道交通市场竞争大力拓展国际市场的国际化战略;三是确定加大轨道交通技术研发力度,大力研发专业核心技术的技术创新战略。(4)公司为了确保发展战略的顺利推进,在发展战略的实施上,还应当做好以下几方面的工作:一是实施组织变革,优化人力资源;二是建立有竞争力的薪酬体系和激励机制;三是坚持技术创新战略,培育核心竞争力;四是提升项目管理水平,增强公司盈利能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the government and social capital investment increased substantially, our country city rail construction start into the fast lane. The stable development of economy and the rapid growth of demand for people to travel, the city rail transit construction process continues to accelerate, the construction scale is continually expanding. The next few years, with a new round of national economic construction upsurge, and the state of the city infrastructure construction in the new layout adjustment, construction of rail traffic in our country will enter into a new stage. In the future, with the country of city rail transit construction the importance of further promotion, will our city rail traffic construction has a greater leap. The Guangzhou Metro Design Research Institute Company Limited was founded in 1993, with strong comprehensive strength in the aspects of city rail transit design. However, the Guangzhou Metro Design and Research Institute in the development process, to carry out the business. Most lack of coordination, self-contained, the operating mechanism has not yet formed a part of the business integration, development ideas from the overall development needs, resulting in the company's business development is too scattered, difficult to coordinate. The correct development strategy to promote the development of enterprises has played an important role, therefore, prominent aiming at the problem of Guangzhou Metro Design and Research Institute Co. in the process of development, research on the development strategy of the company, to help companies develop the right development strategy, so that companies in an invincible position in the fierce market competition, has important practical significance. This paper draws the following conclusions: (1) law on China's macro environment analysis, political analysis by PEST, China's political stability, the concept of the rule of law has been strengthened, the economy, the rapid development of China's economy, driven by the rapid development of all walks of life, the railway industry. The exhibition is gratifying, city rail transit construction into the fast lane, the society, the prosperity of China's social stability, people's material and spiritual life has become increasingly rich, the technology, China's information technology, intelligent technology progress is amazing, into a strong vitality for city rail transit construction. (2) by SWOT regression analysis, Guangzhou Metro Design Research Institute Co. Ltd. in the competitive advantage, relying on the strength of the parent company has the quality of personnel, excellent technology, rich management experience, long-term operation of the Pearl River Delta regional business base, stable overseas cooperation advantages; and the company's personnel structure, management and other aspects of the core business ability and the company, there are some disadvantages in the company; the countries of political and economic conditions, the company locates the geographical position, the industry faces more fields. The opportunity; and the company in the industry to accelerate the pace of development of city rail transportation industry, intense competition, innovation and development and other aspects of the technology industry, is facing many threats. The company only to seize the opportunity to grasp the advantages, overcome the disadvantages and avoid risks, to win the market and win the competition (3). Guangzhou Metro Design Research Institute Co. Ltd. in order to promote their own survival and development, in determining their vision, basic strategy and strategic objectives, development strategy should determine the following: one is to determine the development of Metro main business, seek domestic multi development strategy; the two is to determine the initiative to adapt to market competition to rail transportation the expansion of the international market internationalization strategy; the three is to determine the increase in rail transportation technology research and development efforts, vigorously develop the professional core technology innovation strategy. (4) in order to ensure the development strategy The smooth progress in implementing the strategy of development, should also be made in the following aspects: one is the implementation of organizational change, optimize the human resources; the two is to establish a competitive salary system and incentive mechanism; three is to insist on the strategy of technological innovation, cultivate the core competitiveness; the four is to enhance the level of project management, enhance the company's profitability.
