【摘要】:对治疗干预评分系统在我国综合性医院护理人力资源配置中的应用进行综述,提出在使用中需结合我国国情进一步调整完善,使其能够更准确地测量护理工作量,使护理人力资源的配置更合理、高效。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the application of therapeutic intervention scoring system in the allocation of nursing human resources in general hospitals of our country, and points out that further adjustment and perfection should be made in combination with the situation of our country, so that the workload of nursing can be measured more accurately. The allocation of nursing human resources is more reasonable and efficient.
