中产阶层女性如何突破职

【摘要】:不断壮大的中产阶层,成为了我国社会结构和市场消费的主体,在当前经济增速放缓的大环境下,缩小中产阶层的职业性别隔离,能够有效优化人力资源配置。未来我国应当缩小中产阶层的职业性别差异,促进中产阶层人力资本的合理流动,发挥中产阶层作为市场消费主体对经济的驱动作用。
[Abstract]:The growing middle class has become the main body of social structure and market consumption in our country. In the current environment of slowing economic growth, the occupational gender segregation of the middle class has been reduced. In the future, our country should reduce the occupational gender difference of middle class, promote the reasonable flow of human capital of middle class, and give play to the driving effect of middle class as the main body of market consumption to the economy.
