基于内部劳动力市场理论的高校人力资源管理

【摘要】:内部劳动力市场具有长期雇用、内部晋升、年功工资制等特点,而高校组织内部存在的事业编制、二元分割性及内部晋升等正符合内部劳动力市场的条件及特征,因此,该理论对高校组织具有一定的适用性和解释力,也为高校人力资源管理开启新的研究视角。此外,高校应考虑结合多种用工方式、打造校园文化、建立长效激励机制等方面进一步丰富内部劳动力市场在高校人力资源管理中的运用。
[Abstract]:The internal labor market has the characteristics of long-term employment, internal promotion, annual pay system and so on. However, the enterprise establishment, dualistic division and internal promotion in university organizations are in line with the conditions and characteristics of the internal labor market. This theory has certain applicability and explanatory power to the university organization, and also opens a new research angle for the university human resource management. In addition, the university should consider combining various employment ways to create the campus culture. The establishment of long-term incentive mechanism further enriches the application of internal labor market in human resource management of colleges and universities.
