高职院校学生职业素质培育路径探析

【摘要】：职业素质教育是全面推进职业教育改革与发展的重要课题,高职学生职业素质的培养是学生成长成才的内在诉求,为企业创新发展提供人力资源支持,是培育大国工匠精神的必然逻辑。高职院校学生职业素质的培养应以社会主义核心价值观为引领,以职业道德的培养为重点,以职业理想、职业责任、职业能力的培养为抓手,以创新创业能力的培养为重要目标。高职院校学生职业素质培养的路径选择应以课堂教学为主渠道,以立体化教材建设为依托,营造良好校园文化氛围,把加强社会实践作为提高学生职业素质的必要选择。
[Abstract]:Vocational quality education is an important task to promote the reform and development of vocational education in an all-round way. The cultivation of vocational quality of higher vocational students is the inherent demand of students' growth and development, and provides human resources support for the innovation and development of enterprises. It is an inevitable logic to cultivate the craftsman spirit of a big country. The cultivation of vocational quality of students in higher vocational colleges should be guided by socialist core values, focused on the cultivation of professional ethics, and the cultivation of professional ideal, professional responsibility and professional ability. The way to cultivate students' professional quality in higher vocational colleges should take classroom teaching as the main channel and the construction of three-dimensional teaching materials as the basis to create a good atmosphere of campus culture. To strengthen social practice as a necessary choice to improve students' professional quality.
