丝绸之路经济带战略视阈下西安建设西部能源金融中心的优势测度

【摘要】：在丝绸之路经济带战略规划中,能源、金融领域的发展合作是两大主旨。基于西部特有的能源战略属性,提出建设西部能源金融中心的构想,并从金融地理学视角以西部能源金融中心的空间选择为切入点,对西安的潜在优势进行分析很有必要。在金融发展程度、经济发展潜力和交通与通讯设施等传统指标基础之上,新引入资源禀赋及能源产业规模、人力资源及科技创新、城市宜居环境等3项评价指标,采用因子分析对成都、重庆和西安等西部中心城市的竞争力进行优势测度,可以反映出西安建设西部能源金融中心的相对优势。因此,西安市应充分利用自身优势,把金融业态和能源要素有机结合,抓住经济带建设这一战略机遇,加快西部能源金融中心建设的步伐。
[Abstract]:In the strategic planning of the Silk Road economic belt, the development cooperation in the field of energy and finance is the two main themes. Based on the unique energy strategic attributes of the western region, the concept of building the energy finance center in the west is put forward. From the perspective of financial geography, it is necessary to analyze the potential advantages of Xi'an from the point of view of the spatial choice of the energy and finance center in the western region, on the basis of the traditional indicators such as the degree of financial development, the potential of economic development and the transportation and communication facilities, etc. With the introduction of three evaluation indexes, such as resource endowment and energy industry scale, human resources and scientific and technological innovation, urban livable environment, this paper uses factor analysis to measure the competitive edge of central cities in the western regions, such as Chengdu, Chongqing and Xi'an. Therefore, Xi'an should make full use of its own advantages, combine financial forms with energy elements, and seize the strategic opportunity of economic belt construction. We will speed up the construction of energy finance centers in the western region.
