上海市辅助器具服务机构2010年和2014年人力配置比较分析

【摘要】:目的了解"十二五"时期上海市残疾人辅助器具服务机构人力配置的变化情况。方法自拟问卷于2010年和2014年分别对上海市区县和街道残疾人辅助器具机构工作人员的年龄、学历、专业和工作年限等情况进行调查。结果 2010年和2014年比较,上海市区县辅助器具服务机构人力构成仅工作年限存在非常显著性差异(P0.01),街道辅助器具服务机构人力构成在年龄、学历、专业、工作年限及专兼职情况等方面均有非常高度显著性差异(χ2≥43.603,P0.001),中心城区与周边城区各自人力构成变化也有非常高度显著性差异(χ2≥16.166,P0.001)。结论 "十二五"期间,上海市辅助器具服务人才队伍建设取得一定成效,但仍需加强专业培训,缩小结构差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of manpower allocation of disabled assistive appliance service institutions in Shanghai during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. Methods the age of the staff of Shanghai District County and Street disabled assistive Devices was investigated by self-designed questionnaire on 2010 and 2014, respectively. Educational background, major and working years were investigated. Results the results were compared on 2010 and 2014. There is a significant difference in the manpower composition of the auxiliary appliance service organization in Shanghai district and county only in the years of service (P 0.01), and the manpower composition of the auxiliary appliance service organization in the street is in the age, educational background, specialty, etc. There were very significant differences in years of work and part-time work (蠂 2 鈮,
