企业招聘中面试官的作用研究——以D公司的招聘面试为例

【摘要】:随着我国经济进入新常态和改革向纵深推进,企业间的竞争越来越激烈,而企业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,因此招聘认同公司文化和价值观的优秀员工无疑成为企业人力资源管理的重中之重。面试过程中面试官的作用直接影响着招聘的工作成败,文章以D公司的一次面试为例,深入研究了企业招聘面试中面试官的作用,并针对面试过程中的普遍性问题提出了建议和对策,以期能够帮助企业提升招聘工作的效率和效果。
[Abstract]:As China's economy enters the new normal and the reform moves in depth, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more intense, and the competition among enterprises is, in the final analysis, the competition for talents. Therefore, recruiting excellent employees who identify with company culture and values has undoubtedly become the top priority of human resources management in enterprises. The role of interviewers in the interview process directly affects the success or failure of recruitment. This article takes an interview in company D as an example. This paper deeply studies the role of interviewers in the recruitment and interview of enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures in view of the common problems in the process of interview, in order to help enterprises to improve the efficiency and effect of recruitment work.
