加拿大高校管理体制改革

【摘要】：正新世纪以来,高校在经济发展中的作用越来越突出。加拿大作为一个领土面积广大、人力资源紧缺的国家,尤为重视高校教育。其改革模式具有高度的规划性,不采用激进式的改革,而代以长期、系统性的规划,改革成果非常突出,总体上促使高校很好地适应了当前及今后经济社会发展需求。由此,深入研究分析加拿大高校管理体制改革思路和做法,对于推动我国高校管理体制改革往深处发展具有重要现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, the role of colleges and universities in economic development has become more and more prominent. Canada, as a country with vast territory and short of human resources, attaches particular importance to higher education. Instead of adopting radical reform, instead of long-term and systematic planning, the results of the reform are very outstanding, and in general, colleges and universities are well adapted to the needs of current and future economic and social development. It is of great practical significance to study and analyze the ideas and practices of Canadian university management system reform in order to promote the development of university management system reform in our country.
