M信托公司人力资源优化配置研究

【摘要】:在当今企业运行中,人力资源被称为企业发展的“第一资源”,人力资源配置是否高效合理,直接影响着企业中其他资源的合理配置和利用,同时也是人力资源发挥工作的基本保证,甚至会影响到整个企业发展的成败。所以,人力资源的优化配置成为了国内外企业共同关注的重要课题。M信托公司重组开业以来,公司业务的到迅速发展,但作为一家全新公司,人力资源管理工作出现了一些问题。近年来,员工离职率较高,效率相对低下,人力资源队伍动荡,已成为制约公司发展的障碍。分析公司人力资源现状,找出问题,探寻人力资源优化配置方案,加强公司对人力资源的管理,建设一支高效的人力资源队伍成功公司急需关注的重要问题。本文在研究研读国内外相关文献的基础上,借鉴国外企业的人力资源管理经验基础上,并结合M信托公司实际,分析了公司目前人力资源管理的现状,找出公司人力资源管理过程中的主要问题,并提出公司人力资源管理优化配置的总体思路及保障措施。力争为M信托公司的人力资源优化配置提供指导,建立一支适应公司总体发展战略的人力资源队伍,推动公司业务的健康发展。
[Abstract]:In the operation of enterprises, human resources enterprise development is known as "the first resource", human resource allocation is efficient and reasonable, directly affect the rational allocation and utilization of other resources in enterprises, but also human resources to play the basic guarantee work, and even affect the entire enterprise development success. Therefore, the optimization of human the resource has become an important issue for the.M trust company reorganization of the common focus of domestic and foreign enterprises since the opening, the company's business to develop rapidly, but as a new company, human resources management problems. In recent years, the employee turnover rate is high, the efficiency is relatively low, the human resources team turmoil has become restricting the development of the company the analysis of obstacles. Find out the status quo, human resources company, to explore the scheme of optimizing the allocation of human resources, strengthen the management of human resources, the construction of an effective An important problem of human resources team success. We must pay attention to the study of reading related literatures at home and abroad, learn from the experience of the foundation of human resource management of foreign enterprises, combined with the actual M trust company, analyzes the current situation of human resource management, find out the main problems of human resource management in the process of the company, and put forward the overall thinking and measures to ensure the allocation of human resources management to optimize the company. And strive for the M trust company provides guidance to optimize human resources allocation, the establishment of a company to adapt to the overall development strategy of human resources team, and promote the healthy development of the company's business.
