再论辅导员个人职业化专业化的发展路径、政策及制度安排

【摘要】:建设一支高素质的职业化专业化的辅导员队伍是高校党委的重要任务。对辅导员个人发展进行路径设计、政策和制度安排,是落实中央16号文件规定的辅导员队伍建设的顶层设计的具体措施。因此,必须从宏观上,即从体制上、机制上来设计,使辅导员职业化专业化建设成为高校人力资源管理的新制度。要通过岗位设置、考核办法、晋升制度等方式统筹考虑其个人的职业发展方向及路径。本研究从湖北经济学院的实际出发,设计了辅导员个人职业化专业化发展路径图,提出把辅导员的专业化职业化建设过程与院系中层后备干部队伍的培养结合起来,建立高素质的思想政治理论教育的专家队伍。
[Abstract]:It is an important task of college Party committee to build a high-quality professional counsellor team.The path design, policy and system arrangement for the personal development of counselors are the concrete measures to implement the top-level design of counselors' team construction stipulated in the document No. 16 of the Central Committee.Therefore, it is necessary to design from the macro point of view, that is, from the system and mechanism, so as to make the professionalization of counselors a new system of human resource management in colleges and universities.To consider their personal career development direction and path through post setting, examination method, promotion system and so on.Starting from the reality of Hubei University of Economics, this paper designs a path map for the professional development of counselors' personal professionalization, and proposes to combine the construction process of counselors' professionalization with the training of middle level reserve cadres in colleges and departments.The establishment of high-quality ideological and political theory education experts.
