农民专业合作社政府依赖意愿的影响因素探讨

【摘要】：本文利用logistic模型,结合调研资料,实证分析了农民专业合作社对政府依赖意愿的影响因素,认为目前影响合作社对政府依赖意愿的主要因素有合作社发起主体、理事长受教育水平、是否接受过政府支持、2011年未分配利润、成立时间、决策一人一票的性质。进一步提出了有条件的鼓励外部力量的支持;加强对合作社人力资源的开发和引进;对合作社进行扶持的同时要适度干预,给予更多的管理自主权;对成立时间长、发展好的合作社,政府的支持可以适当倾斜;完善法律法规,确保农民利益等建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the logistic model and the investigation data, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of farmers' professional cooperatives' willingness to rely on the government, and concludes that the main factors that affect the cooperative's willingness to rely on the government are the cooperative initiators.The president is educated, has received the government support, 2011 undistributed profit, the establishment time, the decision one person, one vote nature.It further proposes to encourage the support of external forces on a conditional basis; to strengthen the development and introduction of cooperative human resources; to support cooperatives with appropriate intervention and to give more managerial autonomy; and to increase the duration of their establishment,To develop a good cooperative, the support of the government can be inclined appropriately, and the suggestions of perfecting the laws and regulations and ensuring the interests of the peasants are also suggested.
