航空公司票证结算配比系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:航空公司的票证结算配比工作主要包括航班人数配比、旅客类型配比、货邮重量配比、民航发展基金账单配比等几方面的内容。财务部门需要完成离港系统数据、航班飞行任务书数据、财务结算系统数据等相关数据的配比,通过配比发现数据之间的差异并查找原因。票证结算配比工作在监控票证收入、避免损失等方面发挥了重要的作用。目前航空公司票证结算配比工作基本由手工完成,因为数据量较大,每月需配比的数据可达数十万条,占用了大量的人力资源,而且容易出现差错。利用信息系统进行票证结算配比工作可以有效的规避差错,提高工作效率,减少人力资源投入。本文对航空公司票证结算配比系统项目背景进行系统的阐述,分析讨论系统开发需要解决的主要问题,完成项目需求分析工作。然后,在需求分析的基础上,本文完成票证结算配比系统架构设计工作。本文提出系统的设计方法与目标,完成系统技术架构、安全体系架构和功能架构的设计工作。为了方便运维管理,本系统采用B/S架构,只在服务器端部署应用与数据库,用户通过客户端浏览器访问系统。在安全体系架构方面,本文主要讨论了系统的网络拓扑结构和访问安全策略。在功能架构设计方面,论文主要阐述了系统的各个功能模块的组成情况。下一步本文阐述了航空公司票证结算配比系统的详细设计与实现,系统采用模块化开发的方法,对每一个模块的开发都按照开发设计、功能测试、系统集成、联调测试的顺序进行,并着重对民航发展基金账单数据配比模块的实现进行了详细的阐述,给出了模块的最终效果图。航空公司票证结算配比系统完成并上线后,能够较好的实现各类数据的自动配比与人工审核功能,与传统工作模式相比,系统显著地降低了人力消耗,提高了工作效率,减少了业务差错,简化了统计查询,在功能方面达到了预期的目标,很好地满足了业务的需求。最后,对系统运行情况的不足的地方进行了分析讨论,并提出改进建议。
[Abstract]:The ticket balance ratio of airline mainly includes the proportion of the number of flights, the proportion of passenger type, the weight ratio of cargo and mail, the proportion of civil aviation development fund bill, and so on.The financial department needs to complete the matching of departure system data flight flight task data financial settlement system data and other related data. Through the matching the differences between the data and find out the reasons.Ticket settlement matching work plays an important role in monitoring ticket income and avoiding loss.At present, airline ticket and settlement matching work is basically completed by hand, because of the large amount of data, hundreds of thousands of data need to be matched each month, which takes up a large number of human resources, and is prone to errors.Making use of information system can effectively avoid errors, improve work efficiency and reduce human resource investment.In this paper, the project background of airline ticket settlement matching system is systematically expounded, the main problems that need to be solved in system development are analyzed and discussed, and the project requirement analysis is completed.Then, on the basis of demand analysis, this paper completes the design of ticket settlement matching system architecture.This paper presents the design method and goal of the system, and completes the design of the system technical architecture, security architecture and functional architecture.In order to facilitate the operation and maintenance management, the system adopts the B / S architecture, which only deploys the application and database on the server side, and users access the system through the client browser.In the aspect of security architecture, this paper mainly discusses the network topology and access security policy of the system.In the aspect of functional architecture design, the composition of each function module of the system is discussed in this paper.The next step of this paper is to elaborate the detailed design and implementation of the airline ticket settlement matching system. The system adopts the method of modular development, and the development of each module is based on the development design, function testing, system integration,The order of the test is carried out, and the realization of the data matching module of the Civil Aviation Development Fund bill is described in detail, and the final effect diagram of the module is given.After the airline ticket settlement matching system is completed and online, the automatic matching and manual checking function of all kinds of data can be realized better. Compared with the traditional working mode, the system significantly reduces the manpower consumption and improves the working efficiency.It reduces the business error, simplifies the statistical query, achieves the expected goal in the function aspect, and satisfies the business demand well.Finally, the shortcomings of the system operation are analyzed and discussed, and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
