黑龙江省三级甲等医院EICU人力资源配置状况调查

【摘要】:目的了解黑龙江省急诊重症监护病房(Emergency Intensive Care Unit,EICU)的人力资源配置状况,分析存在的问题及解决办法,为EICU的建设发展提供数据支持和参考。方法通过问卷调查与实地观察相结合的方式,对2010—2015年黑龙江省内设置有EICU病房的三级甲等医院进行调查,内容包括EICU设置情况、床位数、医务人员数量及构成情况等。结果医护人员配置无法满足床位上升的需求,护士队伍呈现年轻化,中级及以上职称的医生所占比例逐年递减,医护人员工作经验相对缺乏。结论黑龙江省三级甲等医院设置的EICU病房取得一定的发展,但在人力资源配置方面仍存在医护人员配置不足、职称学历梯队欠合理等问题,亟需进一步优化配置,以满足EICU不断发展需要。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the human resource allocation of Emergency Intensive Care Unit in Emergency intensive Care Unit (EICU) of Heilongjiang Province, analyze the existing problems and solutions, and provide data support and reference for the construction and development of EICU.Methods by means of questionnaire investigation and field observation, the author investigated Grade 3A Hospital with EICU wards in Heilongjiang Province from 2010 to 2015, including the establishment of EICU, the number of beds, the number and composition of medical personnel, etc.Results the medical and nursing staff could not meet the increasing demand of beds, the nurses were younger, the proportion of doctors with intermediate or higher professional titles was decreasing year by year, and the working experience of medical staff was relatively lacking.Conclusion the EICU wards set up in Grade 3A Hospital of Heilongjiang Province have developed to some extent, but there are still some problems in the allocation of human resources, such as insufficient medical and nursing personnel and unreasonable professional titles and qualifications, so it is necessary to further optimize the allocation.To meet the growing needs of EICU.
