【摘要】:正当前,主流媒体融合已进入深度融合发展期,作为影响这一进程的关键性因素,人才的作用愈发明显。笔者认为,"创新创业者"是主流媒体融合发展中最重要的人才变革趋势,应借鉴互联网公司的人才管理理念,实施更加积极的人力资源管理变革。主流媒体面临的人才困境1.传统媒体优秀人才流失严重。伴随经济效益的下滑和社会影响力的下降,传统媒体最引以为傲的专业新闻生产能力正在遭受重大考验:中青年骨干出走其他行业或自主进行内容
[Abstract]:At present, mainstream media fusion has entered a period of deep integration and development. As a key factor affecting this process, the role of talents is becoming more and more obvious.The author believes that "innovative entrepreneur" is the most important trend of talent reform in mainstream media integration and development.
