【摘要】：正2017年3月31日,教育部、中央编办、发展改革委、财政部、人力资源社会保障部联合发布《教育部等五部门关于深化高等教育领域简政放权放管结合优化服务改革的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》),进一步推进对高等学校的简政放权。《意见》在高校学科专业设置、高校编制及岗位管理制度、高校进人用人管理、高校教师职称评审机制、大学薪酬分配制度、高校经费使用等方面,使高校进一步有了"依法自主管理"的更大权限。相信这
