基于SharePoint的企业项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在当今社会,项目需求正快速增长,对于一个要提高生产效率和生产质量的企业来讲,采取适当的管理方式是非常重要的。本文设计并实现了基于SharePoint的企业项目管理系统,旨在能够有效控制项目成本,包括对人员、材料、工作任务、进度的管理,协助管理者及时掌握项目情况、指导项目成员完成任务、辅助项目成员交流意见。本文设计的企业项目管理系统采用了 SharePoint平台架构以及分层和模块化设计,通过分析用户特征和产品特点,对系统的需求进行了分析,该系统主要模块包括项目门户、项目门径及主流程管理、项目进度管理、项目组织与人力资源管理、项目文档管理、问题中心、项目监控与分析、项目预算与费用控制管理、项目合同管理、项目后评价管理、项目预警管理和系统管理等几大部分。其中,作者参与设计并实现了项目门户,项目门门径及主流程管理,项目文档管理和问题中心四个模块:(1)项目门户:包括用户的登录、注册、展示全国项目的进度、展示项目中心。(2)项目门径及主流程管理:对项目的申请、审核、建设等整个流程进行管理,不同的角色在项目流程中具有不同的权限。重点实现了申请-审核工作流。(3)文档管理:为用户提供了项目文档管理功能,用户可以根据权限对项目文档进行上传、下载、查看、删除;可以多维度查询项目文档资料;可以对文档的权限进行管理。(4)问题中心:为用户提供了项目问题管理功能,用户可以根据权限对项目问题进行查看、编辑、导出;可以多维度查询项目问题;在项目投资前各阶段将项目进度自动通知相应的部门和人员。系统测试结果表明基于SharePoint的企业项目管理系统能满足功能的要求,建立一个建立以项目全生命周期管理为主线、项目管理业务信息与其他业务管理信息高度融合、系统内信息实时共享的集中式一体化项目管理信息应用系统,实现了对公司业务需求的满足,具有一定的先进性和实用性。提升了公司的工作效率和对项目管理的能力。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the demand for projects is growing rapidly. It is very important for a enterprise to improve production efficiency and production quality. This paper designs and implements an enterprise project management system based on SharePoint, which is designed to effectively control project costs, including personnel, materials, tasks, and tasks. Management of degree, assisting the manager to master the project situation in time, guiding the project members to complete the task, and assisting the project members to exchange opinions. The enterprise project management system designed in this paper adopts the SharePoint platform architecture and the layered and modular design, and analyzes the system requirements by analyzing the characteristics of the user and the product. The main modules include project portal, project portal and mainstream management, project schedule management, project organization and human resource management, project document management, problem center, project monitoring and analysis, project budget and cost control management, project contract management, post project evaluation management, project early warning management and system management, etc. The author participated in the design and implementation of project portal, project portal and mainstream management, project document management and problem center four modules: (1) project portal: including user login, registration, display of national project progress, display project center. (2) project portal and mainstream management: project application, audit, construction and other entire flow Process management, different roles have different rights in the project process. Focus on Application - Audit workflow. (3) document management: providing the user with the project document management function, users can upload, download, view, delete the project documents according to the authority; can multidimensional query the document data; can be on the document Authority management. (4) problem center: providing the user with the project problem management function, users can view, edit, and export according to the authority, query the project problem in multi dimension, automatically notify the corresponding departments and personnel at each stage before the project investment. The system test results show that based on the SharePoint The enterprise project management system can meet the requirements of the function, and establish a centralized integrated project management information application system based on the whole life cycle management of the project, the high integration of the project management information and other business management information, and the real-time sharing of information in the system, which has realized the satisfaction of the business needs of the company. A certain degree of advancement and practicality enhances the company's efficiency and its ability to manage projects.
