基于LIS优化的中小型医疗机构临床检验自动化系统构建

【摘要】：我院对LIS进行优化升级配合Versa Cell X3微型检验流水线的应用。优化后实验室自动化程度及检验结果可靠性大大提高,人力资源和工作流程明显优化,实验室管理更加科学,临床和患者满意度显著改善。现将优化过程探索、经验、成效、注意事项等方面与同行分享,希望为中小医院检验科实现数字化临床实验室提供帮助。
[Abstract]:Our hospital optimized and upgraded LIS with the application of Versa Cell X 3 mini inspection pipeline. After optimization, the degree of laboratory automation and reliability of test results are greatly improved, human resources and work flow are obviously optimized, laboratory management is more scientific, and clinical and patient satisfaction is improved significantly. In this paper, we will share the optimization process exploration, experience, effectiveness, attention and other aspects with peers, hoping to provide help for the realization of digital clinical laboratory in laboratory department of small and medium-sized hospitals.
