战略人力资源管理视域下的高校教师队伍构建

【摘要】:对高校教师队伍进行科学的构建是实现高校高质量教学的关键,这也是各高校在新时期实现改革的一个重要途径。战略人力资源管理对于构建高质量、高学术及高素质的教师队伍具有重要作用。随着社会的进步,时代的变迁,国家对高校教育的重视,使得各高校得跟着时代潮流创新优化高校教师队伍,应用科学的管理手段来重新构建高校的教师队伍。本文主要从战略人力资源管理视域下来重新审视高校的教师队伍,并且提出建议在战略人力资源管理视域下重新构建科学的高校教师队伍。
[Abstract]:The scientific construction of college teachers is the key to the realization of high quality teaching in colleges and universities, which is also an important way to realize the reform of colleges and universities in the new period. Strategic human resource management plays an important role in the construction of high-quality, high-academic and high-quality teachers. With the progress of the society, the change of the times and the attention paid by the state to the education of colleges and universities, the colleges and universities have to follow the trend of the times to innovate and optimize the teaching staff of colleges and universities, and to apply scientific management methods to rebuild the teaching staff of colleges and universities. This paper reviews the faculty of colleges and universities from the perspective of strategic human resources management, and puts forward some suggestions on how to rebuild the scientific teaching staff under the perspective of strategic human resources management.
